Function Centre Hire Charges
Function Centre Terms & Conditions

Room hire cost is based on a minimum purchase of our
standard two course function menu and includes:
  • Experienced function coordinator
  • All bar & wait staff
  • Square or round tables
  • Full standard table setting
  • Linen table cloths in white or burgundy colour
  • Linen napkins - white colour
  • Bridal, cake, and guestbook table with white table skirt
  • Gift table
  • Microphone & PA system
  • Silver cake knife
  • Cleaning of function room
  • Games room - children under the age of 5 must have a supervising adult present at all times
  • Parents to sign children in and accept fullresponsibility for their own children
Hire charges are for 6 hours, extensions beyond this perios of time can be negotiated with the function coordinator. Last drinks to be served at 11.45pm, venue to close at 12.00pm.

Part of hall hire will dependent on your requirements. Part of the hall hire only, 9am - 5pm, minimum spend $15 per person
Part of the hall hire only, 5pm - 9pm, minimum spend $20 per person After 9pm $4.00 per person per hour additional charge. Please discuss pricing with our function coordinator.
